As an homage to all things arena rock, I feel I need to state what some might feel is obvious; namely, the fact that Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’” might just be the most perfect rock song ever written. Please note the discographically correct spelling.
A nod to my lovely mate, as well, who almost agreed to play it at our wedding. It remains, to this day, our “secret” song. Okay, well, perhaps not-so-secret anymore, then. Feel free to share your love for the opening piano riff, which always makes me want to get out and strut somewhere.
